Management Team:

Jerry Boettcher serves as President of HomeWorx of Houston-Austin-San Antonio. He has been in the construction/development industry since 1997 and has worked both in management, project management and sales. Jerry brings knowledge of previous builder experience and is a 1989 graduate of Rice University, Houston, TX.

Terence brings more than 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management. He has worked with some of Las Vegas' and Houston's most prestigious custom home and multi-family builders including Chesmar Homes, Trump Towers, and The Palms Place.
